What our customers say
I was locked outside the door and my Airbnb host was not replying. I called Millet and they immediately replied, asking a video and explaining what to do before setting up an intervention. They explained me possible causes and gave the full transparency on prices. At the end, just giving me directions, i was able to open the door They have been amazing and saved my day!! Your questions
How much does a locksmith cost at night or at the weekend in Paris?
A night, weekend or bank holiday intervention costs more than on weekday daytime. At Millet Une Serrures, this price is always given on the phone, before we come, with no extra charge found on site.
Do you charge for travel?
On weekday daytime, travel is included in the prices above. For a night or weekend intervention, the full price, travel included, is given on the phone.
Is the quote free?
Yes. For an emergency, the price is given on the phone. For an armored door, a door reinforcement or a lock replacement, the visit and the quote are free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, cash, and bank transfer for businesses. The invoice is made out in the company's name and handed over on site.
Can my insurance pay me back?
After a burglary, home insurance often covers the lock repair, with the police report and the invoice. For a door slammed shut, it depends on your contract or your credit card assistance.
