A2P armored door: BP1, BP2 or BP3
Armored door sets are A2P certified at three levels: BP1, BP2 and BP3, for 5, 10 and 15 minutes of resistance to break-ins. The price depends on the level, the size and the finish: we quote it for free after a visit.
- BP1: 5 minutes, suits most upper-floor apartments
- BP2: 10 minutes, for a ground floor or valuables
- BP3: 15 minutes, maximum protection, often required by insurers
Reinforcing an existing door
Keep your door and make it resistant to break-ins: the reinforcement adds a steel plate, angle bars, reinforced hinges and an A2P certified multi-point lock. It is fitted on the inside and keeps the look of the door on the landing.

Armored door or door reinforcement: which one should I choose?
Reinforcement strengthens your current door: it suits a door in good condition whose look you want to keep, which is common in old buildings. An armored door set replaces the door and its frame: it is the highest level of protection.
Can an old Haussmann building door be reinforced?
Yes, in most cases. The reinforcement is fitted on the inside and keeps the look of the door on the landing, which building co-ownerships often require. We check the condition of the wood and the frame during the free visit.
What does A2P 1, 2 or 3 stars mean?
A2P is the French certification of locks and cylinders against break-ins, issued by the CNPP. One star stands for 5 minutes of resistance, two stars for 10 minutes and three stars for 15 minutes. The logo is engraved on the lock or the cylinder: without it, the product is not certified.
Is the quote free?
Yes. For an emergency, the price is given on the phone. For an armored door, a door reinforcement or a lock replacement, the visit and the quote are free.
